Starting November 1st, 2009 I will be documenting a lot.
I will publicly announce my weight.
Discuss my workout regimens.
Discuss my eating habits.
Keep track of my weight loss [and hopefully NOT weight gain].
I don't feel as comfortable doing this, as I am used to the security in public weight loss forums. By doing this publicly to the world, it's ANYONE's information, not just people who are looking to get fit and healthy.
I'm ready to discuss it though.
